Fish are sent with great care and are in great condition when packed, they will come with a 24 hour heatpack and are double bagged for extra security.
Pure oxygen is added to the bag.
We can combine shipping costs for other fish as well. When using a 24 hour courier you can purchase as many fish as you wish with no extra delivery charge other than the initial payment you make for postage.
We can assure you we make no profit from postage and only charge what is best for the fish to reach you in the best order.
Local pickup from our tropical fish shop is always preferred, we are open 9am - 5pm every day apart from Mondays when we are closed, located 122 Main road, Kesgrave, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP5 1BN opened for over 20 years.
It is the buyers responsibility to be home when the fish arrive after agreeing the shipping date.
In the event that your fish arrive with problems due to delay or accident please place the deceased fish back in the bag they arrived in and tie securely and send back to us via a jiffy bag or envelope, you can find our address on the package youre fish arrived in, however you should never have this problem. If the fish get back to us promptly the next day we will issue full refund for the fish returned. We will never refund postage charges and we always look to solve any problems amicably so please get in touch with any grievances after you receive your order.
